What you will do:
The IS Technology Analyst will provide support to Information Technology users and  Information Systems staff; work with vendors and other groups to resolve information technology hardware/software issues and integration problems; plan and coordinate hardware and software moves on and off the Air Park; evaluate new technology and determine benefits and associated benefits to implement.

The IS Technology Analyst will install all new hardware, systems and software for networks; install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices; support administration of servers and server clusters; plan and support network and computing infrastructure; perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems; document network problems and resolution for future reference; monitor system performance and implement performance tuning; manage anti-virus and anti-spam; create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.

What you need:

  • Must have HSD/GED
  • Valid driver license
  • Thorough knowledge of networking essentials
  • Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience

  • Certifications:  MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CNE
  • Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
  • Systems:  Windows, Cisco Systems, UNIX, Linux, Novell
  • Networking:  Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS
