What you will do:
 

The Project Manager is needed to support various medium and large scale infrastructure and flight related projects and will complete all tasks associated with the initiating, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing, of a project. Duties will also include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, driving solutions/results to meet project deadlines, managing stakeholder expectations, creating and gaining approval on project related documentation (charters, schedule, requirements, planning, etc), preparing and presenting reports to all levels of management, and understanding project and corporate goals in order to ensure alignment with both.

What you need:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 years experience as a Project Manager 
  • Extensive understanding of project management processes, techniques and tools, development lifecycle
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work and team assignments to deliver projects on schedule, on budget, and meeting stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently lead a project team
  • Excellent planning, negotiating and influencing skillset
  • Flexibility during organizational and/or business changes
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent critical listening and thinking skills
  • Excellent decision making/problem solving skills
