What you will do:

The Marketing Intern will work to support day-to-day Marketing and Sales operations. The primary focus will be data integration through our CRM platform and developing a brand strategy across multiple business units, but responsibilities also include campaign and lead management, customer communication, sales planning along with recruiting and employee communications support.   The candidate will work closely with other team members including the Marketing Team, Individual Business Units, Business Development Team, Executives, Human Resources/Recruiting Teams with an internal-consultant approach through analysis, design, build, validate, deploy, and train. 

  • Curate data from the CRM platform, Website Analytics, Survey Programs
  • Perform analysis and insight into key metrics, and provide recommendations for improving lead and acquisition programs
  • Benchmarking key metrics
  • Analyze data related to opportunity conversions, accuracy of opportunity stages/probability, marketing stages, campaign performance, database health, and acquisition source and program/touch-point effectiveness.
  • Conducting research and analyzing industry data to identify trends/opportunities
  • Making decisive recommendations based on findings
  • Support marketing team in building world class online presence and deliver recommendations to optimize content and structure of multiple sites
  • Identify opportunities for analysis and optimization on landing pages/sites that increase conversion and/or drive revenue
  • Communicate data and learnings through compelling reports and presentations
  • Email marketing campaign setup including design, production and criteria analysis
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need:

  • Must be passionate about learning marketing automation tools, CRM, marketing and sales analytics, and website administration.
  • Must be detail-oriented, have high energy, and is able to learn new technical skills quickly.
  • The intern must have a basic understanding of graphic design/layout principles and production;
  • Demonstrated competence in at least one of the following areas media, advertising, employee communications, financial communications, and project management 
  • High School diploma/GED and some college
